The Founders Inn and Spa Tapestry Collection by Hilton

They charged a random one dollar to my card and 25$ for "missing cards" that they did not inform me needed to be turned in. Our door did not lock - we would close it and it just needed to be pushed and it'd open. It's a very old hotel and not for young adults. They also accused us of smoking in the room and charged an additional $159 for a smoke smell in the room. However we did not smoke in the room. A smoke smell stays on clothes and will linger a bit but nobody actually smoked inside the room and I was charged. My experience was very bad with my very short stay there. The cab ride was $25 one way to Farm Bureau Live. Thank you for reading.

Liked: Was 8 miles from Farm Bureau Live.
Disliked: When I was checking out they did not ask for or tell me that the card keys would cost $5 extra per card if they were not turned in. The bathrooms were small and only two towels were supplied.

Liked: If you're going to a concert, it is a good price for how close it is to the venue (Farm Bureau Live).
Disliked: Front desk was nice, but reservation department failed to call me back several times and was overall difficult to work with.

Liked: Great for concert - about $25 cab ride. Excellent service.
Disliked: The bedding.

Liked: Beautiful property! Our kids loved both the indoor and outdoor pool with the slide. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Liked: Didn't eat at hotel but saw Sunday brunch. Next time I will have brunch there. Excellent choices and great atmosphere.
Disliked: I remember hot tub. Unfortunately it's gone now. Still, there is beautiful outdoor and indoor pool

Beautiful, convenient and comfortable.

Liked: I liked the old school look and feel of the property. Beautiful landscape. It must be a lot of upkeep. Close to foods and our concert venue too.
Disliked: Our first time staying at one so coming in the main door into another door confused us for a minute. There wasn’t a sign directing you to open it and a stairwell directly to your left. I wondered if we open the door or go up the steps lol. We figured it out.
