Liked: Excellent staff and communication, central location, clean and comfortable room, large shower, complimentary snacks and water, book about York, voucher for next-door restaurant/drinks, fan provided.
Disliked: Bit warm in the room in the evening (in June). Decent amount of stairs with bigger bags. I don't think toiletries were provided.

Liked: Locations excellent Noise was fine, did have ear plugs there didn't need to use them but we did go midweek.
Disliked: Need to update menus for the restaurant as it was more expensive when dining.

Liked: Excellent location in the centre of York.Clean room with a comfy bed. Kitchenette for use of all guests with milk, tea bags etc.Restaurant down stairs was lovely.
Disliked: Lots of stairs.
