Disliked: It wasn’t really 4 star - the fabric of the building especially the floors were needing work done to them, but it was clean

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent, everything you need is just steps away. It was also very easy to check in and check out, which made the overall process smooth and convenient.For its size the room was well equipped.
Disliked: The room itself was disappointing. It was very dusty, particularly the headboard, and the bed sheets were slightly dirty with hair that wasn’t mine. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, this really took away from what could have been a great stay.
