Bad

Liked: An unpleasant experience. They didn't give me the room I had reserved. They gave me a smaller one, and there were bugs in the bed. My wife and I were bitten by bugs in the bed.They gave me the one the resercher wanted, not the one I reserved.

Spacious suite perfect location!!!

Liked: All staff at reception was great! At all times of the day we made a mistake twice leaving our keys in the room and each person made me feel protected and helped up get back in the room. Great service!! Sheets smelled great!!
Disliked: The bed in the room had wooden parts that were loose and that could be a hazard. if they fall on someone foot. Also, the floor was not well swept. Finally, the pots and pans should be in the room. Honestly mostly clean.
