Convenient but not worth the...

Liked: The location was perfect. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, which were the main attractions for us.
Disliked: Parking was difficult to find and there was a $20 parking fee not mentioned in the listing. We found dirty socks on the dining chair and little couch was vinyl and uncomfortable.

Liked: Location, sunny day, water temperature, beautiful people on the beach.
Disliked: Outdated room, parking available for $20 fee additional charge. The HBH is managing over 10 properties in the vicinity. You might book online a particular property, but at reception you will get a key for a different room, nothing like your online choice.

Disappointing

Liked: The only positive is that is is next to the beach. If you stay here I suggest you get up early for breakfast, spend the whole day at the beach and only go to the room to sleep.
Disliked: Not exactly welcoming in front desk. Bad service (did not inform about "kitchen box", unclean room, walls and ceiling in need of repair. One hanger and no closet. Desk would not give me a receipt to prove I returned the keys to get my deposit. Breakfast was okay, but not well organized. Parking not included in fee.

Liked: The clean sheets on the bed.
