Nice hotel overall, beds not...

Liked: Nice, modern hotel and rooms, clean, quiet, very polite staff, underground parking available (we had to ask for the code at reception first). Good location close to tram stop.
Disliked: The double mattress was very wobbly and we ended up disturbing each other all night. The pillows didn't provide good support either, although we have found this to be the case in other hotels in Switzerland too. The room was too warm on a not particularly warm day, can't imagine how bad it gets in summer heat. A fan was provided but I don't like to sleep with the noise of the fan all night. These resulted in not the best night's sleep.

Quiet and peaceful hotel

Liked: Excellent accomodation in a quiet part of Zürich, with the town centre rasily reachable. The hotel has everything you need, offers a very good breakfast and the facilities are complimented by excellent staff members. Would recommend and return 😊

Disliked: No air conditioner in summer heat wave. They provided a fan that didn't do much. I understand it's business but in a heatwave you're safer not renting the room than risking a client

Liked: Good location near stadium. But a short 15 min taxi down to the lake. Balcony was a bonus
