Great location, but poor cleaning...

Liked: I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Frankfurt and my experience was quite positive.The location is excellent, in a quiet area that allows for uninterrupted rest away from city noise. The windows are completely soundproof, ensuring a good night’s sleep even on the lower floors. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.I definitely recommend it for those looking for peace, good service, and guaranteed rest in Frankfurt.
Disliked: What I didn’t like is that the room cleaning is only done every three days. It was very hot in the rooms, especially now in the summer. The air system they have is labeled as ecological, but it feels more like a fan than an actual air conditioner — it constantly turns off on its own.Even though I paid for a suite, I expected better service, at least regarding room cleaning. Four days went by and no one came to clean the room or even take out the trash, despite their claim that cleaning is done every three days.

Liked: The hotel is very stylish. The lobby/work hub area is very nice. The gym is small but has key equipment. The rooftop is pretty. The rooms are well-equipped (tableware, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery) . The beds are comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel policy is to clean rooms every three days. I found this surprising for a hotel. There were apparently charges for extra cleaning. I feel like a room refresh should be standard practice for a hotel. When the cleaning was done the cutlery and mugs were not replaced. The rooms are also quite tight for two people sharing.

Nice area of frankfurt.

Liked: Quiet, clean and staff was remarkable and made our stay wonderful. The location is magnificent with loads of great restaurants and cafes. Close to transportation.
