Liked: Size of bed was okay and reasonable size room. Plenty of tea/coffee provided.
Disliked: Room too hot - went during heatwave and with 1 window which would only open a small way we could not cool down during the night. A fan would have been most welcomeTV remote missing from original room - but they moved us to one which had one so worked out okay

Disliked: First of all, we made our booking online and it said it was £50. When we got there, the reception was closed, and we had to check in at the bar (on a notepad) cause they said the website was down, and for that, instead of £50 apparently it was £55. When we entered the room, it was really hot and they didn’t even have a fan (of course, nor an A/C). When we looked at the toilet, there was poop (which is not weird due to the lack of toilet brush), and the sink is knee height. There’s only one plug socket and it’s on the ceiling (there is a kettle, and no way to plug it in). Edit: we double checked and there actually was another plug socket, but they are hidden behind a chest of drawers (very convenient). There’s a light switch broken, and there are chunks all over the floor. My boyfriend was bitten by a few bugs. There was a smashed insect on the bathroom wall. There was something in the sink that I don’t even want to know what it was (when you’re brushing your teeth you have to look at it). Both the towels and the bed were hairy and stained.On the plus side, the location is great (next to shops), the bed was very comfortable and despite the party going on in the next room, we had a good night’s sleep.
