Liked: Location and breakfast everything else in the accommodation was ok,ish
Disliked: Room was small and missing advertised amenities but as we were only there one night it didn't seem worth complaining. Think this was set as 4 star on here which it definitely is not. Shabby paint work in the dinning room. Painting the doorway whilst guests were entering and leaving the accommodation. Room needs an overhaul as felt tired.

Liked: Great location. Outstanding value for money in a prime spot in the lakes. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: It was a compact room (but great value). Right on the stairs, but everyone was quiet so didn't bother us.Breakfast doesn't start till 8am on the weekend which seems a little late - with it being the Lakes lots of people were up to go and do activities at this time.
