Liked: Staff was very accommodating. They called our taxi each day, recommended great restaurants and above all else tracked down my husband’s cell phone that he left in the taxi. Not many places would go above and beyond like that.

Very good hotel if you...

Liked: The location is good if you are not into walking too much and want shopping next to you. The rooms are renovated and the suit was very good.
Disliked: The lobby is very small and the housekeeping need to be better and the rooms need to be cleaner. The restaurant close early.

Liked: The staff and accommodations were phenomenal! Everyone was so kind and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return! Oh, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious!!

Liked: The entire hotel staff, including the front desk, concierge, and doorman, were truly exceptional, making it the most wonderful experience. As the hotel’s name suggests, the dolce they served was absolutely delicious.We were upgraded to a suite for our honeymoon, and the room was even more incredible than the photos—creating a memory of a lifetime.I definitely want to stay here again the next time I visit Rome!Thank you so much.
