Pleasant

Liked: Location was good - close to downtown and made many spots within walking distance. Friendly staff! Cozy place outside the lobby to sit around the fire at night.
Disliked: It was so noisy. Quiet hours or not, this is not an ideal spot for someone who is a light sleeper. Parking was a bit challenging as well - I assume because the hotel was so busy.

Superb

Liked: Very convenient location in downtown Walla Walla to restaurants and tasting rooms. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed the Wednesday afternoon wine tasting hosted by the Finch.

The Finch is a well-appointed...

Liked: Jason at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. The coffee and tea offered was top notch. The location couldn't be beat. We were visiting the Whitman campus and it was easy walk to Whitman and to all that downtown Walla Walla has to offer.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our cleaners after the first night did an incomplete job. We didn't really expect cleaning after one night. The bad thing is that he/she left dirty towels behind. That wasn't a good look.

Liked: Didn't have breakfast. Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, convenient location to town, good value
Disliked: Lack of microwave in room

Liked: The location was awesome. I felt safe and the fireplace was a great gathering place.
Disliked: The room can get a little humid.

Excellent, would recommend.

Liked: Everything, location, set up, amazing staff and front desk folks. Super helpful and friendly. One had been there a few years, so makes me think they treat their staff very well :). Super accommodating for having a pet.
Disliked: Liked everything.
