I’ve stayed there twice due...

Liked: Staff were super friendly and helpful. The menu in the restaurant good was varied and the meals I’ve had there were very good. The extensive breakfast buffet of fruits, yogurts and hot plate food was 1st class and I was offered any type of eggs to be cooked if the scrambled eggs on the buffet were not what I wanted. Plenty of free parking and just off the M77
Disliked: I had room 23 which if I’m being totally honest was a bit tired. It was clean, but pretty basic and small. I was a single occupant only staying one night, so it did the job, but for 2 it would have been a bit tight, especially if it was for any more than a one night stay really. The electric shower was a bit temperamental going cold and super hot of its own accord. There is not a lot of sound deadening between the rooms there and could hear conversations from the rooms either side. I was reluctant to put the volume of my TV past just barely audible to myself level in order not to disturb the rooms either side.

Liked: Food was very good. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very customer focused, professional, friendly and very helpful.

Lovely stay

Liked: Room was clean and bathroom also staff were all lovely and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of options.
Disliked: The only downside for me was I was in room 13 and was woken at 5am by the noise of the dual carriage way which is next to the hotel

Liked: God restaurant and nice dinner. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Noisy with it being next to a busy road, uncomfortable bed and bad shower.

Liked: The warm welcome and friendly hospitality of all the staff.Staff responded to any requests without delay. Location was convenient.
Disliked: Food presentation could be better.
