Liked: breakfast was amazing,biggest buffet and widest choice of even other hilton.decor and appearance was immaculate,and truly tyhe hotel inside gives you a very strong feel of discreet luxury.Very polite staff,extremely well designed showers(rare even in expensive hotels ) and it gave you the impression that no expense was spared in building,decorating and running it.
Disliked: Only one aspect.The sauna was closed for maintenance,but nowhere in the booking it mentioned it.That is deceiving (booking.com,that is also your problem because it is the 3rd time i book through you only to arrive at a hotel with amenities "closed for maintenance" but no prior notification.Also the pool is very small,with a limit of capacity (10 people) so we ended up not using all those facilities.And you book a hotel of that price range for that also.

Wow! What a Gem, everyone...

Liked: The atmosphere, ambience, amenities and staff were faultless. Even though there was the issue with parking we would definitely stay again
Disliked: The hotel car park was full even though it said spaces and we had a ticket covering our stay. The hotel sorted it and told us where to park and that we wouldn't get a ticket but they still charged me £24 parking when my car had to be left in an unsecured area

Short but sweet

Liked: We received a free upgrade which was very generous, the hotel staff were also very accommodating for a custom request I had made via messaging prior to our arrival. The suite we stayed in was modern, clean, and just an enjoyable place to be. The bed was comfortable. Noise levels were low, and the kitchen was fully kitted with anything we could possibly need. We ordered the 24hr room service and the food was great. We didn't have time to try the pool / gym / the breakfast or restaurant but if these are the same quality as the rest of the stay I'm sure they are also fantastic. Location was a 20 minute walk from the centre which was ideal. Would definitely recommend, and if we plan to come back this place will definitely be at the top of the list
Disliked: My only real negative was that I felt the price of the car park was a little high (£24 a day) for hotel guests. And the towels / dressing robes supplied weren't the softest but those only really had a minor impact on our lovely stay.

Large comfortable rooms with car...

Liked: The rooms are comfortable and the car park is a bonus in Cambridge. The bar area is great for relaxing.
Disliked: The breakfast was a disappointment and not worth it. For a quality (and expensive hotel) it should be much better.

Disliked: Before our arrival we were told the spa was having maintenance work but to our disappointment when we went to use the pool that was also having maintenance work, so there for didn’t get to use any of the facilities
