Frendly staff shame about the...

Liked: Staff, food and atmosphere
Disliked: Parking,cold room , needs decorating , really noisy at 6 am , windows dont shut properly

Superb

Loved the location and gorgeous...

Liked: The room was large, the bathroom small and unrenovated but adequate. We had the tea room/Kitchen right next door to our room which was a bonus as there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The guest areas were also lovely. Front veranda of the property and various sitting areas throughout the guest accommodation area.
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit tight. We were there for 5 days and the rooms are not serviced at all however the housekeeper was fabulous and more than happy to replace towels on request.

Liked: We didn't know there was a shared kitchen with coffee making , microwave , fridge etc everything you need to make breakfast .
Disliked: The rooms are 3 floors up and no elevator / hard for elderly people to carry bags back and forth . Very hard to sleep as it's a great location although the party hub and very noisy til late hours
