Liked: Love the new.annex, modern, comfortable & spacious
Disliked: Our evening meal as the tomato and basil pasta tasted like dish water but everything else was nice Property is lovely though

Liked: The stars could not do enough to make us welcome ans comfortable after a day's biking in the rain.
Disliked: Nothing it was excellent

Liked: Nice and clean and the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Not your fault but it was very rowdy in the street on Saturday night and neither of us could sleep! Also the beds were very small and not that comfortable.

Liked: We loved the sausages,, hash browns, good selection of full english breakfast, cereals and juices and hot drinks.Bread, butter and jams, etc. and fresh fruit available.All of the staff encountered superb and very helpful.
Disliked: A choice how eggs cooked.A choice of fresh or grilled tomato as well as tinned tomatoes. Food not enough to keep hot enough whilst eating I do appreciate the difficulty of keeping food an a buffet breakfast without food becoming overcooked.This criticism is re the table tops feeling sticky (not from food or drink) table was clean. I believe it is whatever the table is cleaned down with, which reacts with the varnish on the wooden tables. We have found this is a fault in a lot of eateries.We suggest a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang night wear when taking a bath or shower or to clothes you are going to wear afterwards. Hoping this is taken as constructive criticism. Regards and Thank you.

Enjoyable overall

Liked: Room was spacious and clean
Disliked: Bit noisy at night outside coming from a pub right next to our accommodation. Plus lads shouting and running down the street outside.

Liked: Good location, very clean and comfortable room, the building has character, the staff were helpful and efficient.
