We did enjoy our stay...

Liked: The beds was extreemly comfortable, we slept well, great shower large TV, apart from the massive cobweb all was clean .Ludlow is wonderful, very friendly I would satay again but next time would voice the negitives if found
Disliked: A large spiders wed from the window pelmet to the wall for the price fresh coffee would be good along with fresh milk in the fridgeThe fridge was not working ( this was reported at the desk ) on the varanda just outside the door is a metal ornate object sticking out this is a hazardThe varana floor was slippery

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful...

Liked: We stayed for one night and we had a lovely comfortable stay.The hotel itself is beautiful and our small double room was sufficient for our needs.Market days were on both Saturday and Sunday and we had some bargains.We visited the churches and the castle and ate in the church inn for our evening meal and would recommend.The Charlton arms was a lovely pub with lovely views.The hotel staff were really friendly.

Accommodation and location good, but...

Liked: Room very nice with good facilities. Location
Disliked: I made 2 bookings through bookings.com. Receptionist initially said she had no bookings then found one under my forename then found the other under 'null' Both made through bookings.com. Could have been the fault of the hotel or bookings.com, but there was no apology from the Receptionist. It would have been good if there had been a swimming pool or spa or even directions to facilities nearby.

Excellent location, superb bedding, would...

Liked: Very good beds and bathrooms, central and beautiful facades and period installments
Disliked: Was booked facing the rear but was promised front facing room. Towel was very dirty after roomservice. Concierge wanted to charge for 4 breakfasts although we only had two. Everything was handled adequately by staff.
