Disappointing

Liked: The staff was kind.
Disliked: The Room was too small. There was no toilet essentials. The toilet was room small. Especially the shower are was too small. You will feel it difficult if you are a plus size. Overall stay was bad and below average hotel to stay.

Great value for a short...

Liked: We were seeing a concert at the Tower so the hotel was ideally placed, only five or ten minutes walk. Easy, friendly check in.
Disliked: Only a minor niggle. No soap or basin plug in the bathroom.

Liked: Just that the staff were lovely.
Disliked: We just don’t like the room the bathroom was Tiny the rooms were to small for us all we found stuff under the bed a finger nail in my daughters bed she was sleeping in no remote for the room our door was broke so somebody had to come and sort that out at 1am in the morning we was really really disappointed.

Liked: Location was suitable.
Disliked: The reviews make reference to cleanliness but the shower had not been cleaned when we arrived and had hair in the tray. Towels where not in the room for arriving but left on the floor outside our door on the floor for people to walk over. There was a hole in the door. The double bed was uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on bricks.Noise from guests late at night constantly banging doors. Lingering smell throughout the hotel and didn’t smell fresh.
