Liked: The pre checkin email. The welcome note and cake in the room. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The amenities in the room were of a very good standard.

Absolutely amazing place to stay...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Mandy and team on reception. They really go the extra mile and gave such a warm welcome and check out.
Disliked: There is nothing we didn’t like. Everything was first class, clean and beautifully decorated. Great food and ambience.
