Anniversary 3 night stay

Liked: The staff were very welcoming especially Keith and accommodating. The room was big, bright and comfortable. The food was delicious, we ate our evening meals here and every meal was 10/10. The sticky toffee pudding is gluten free and tastes incredible. Already looking to book and come back.

The hotel entirely came up...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious and served promptly. The ambiance was great. Dinner was excellent and the crème brûlée was the best I have ever tasted. The room was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: I am unable to think of anything.

Disliked: Room was a little small for the amount of furniture. Food was slightly disappointing. Pie wasn’t great and no fruit at breakfast for example

Disliked: The check in - staff doing nothing chatting and not seeing to us their guests. Had to chase up to be attended toThe room - tiny for a deluxe, shower tray did not empty (awful), smell of cigarette smoke permeating throughout hotel and accommodation (staff clearly smoke on site)The breakfast - awful service from the most surly of staff, no evidence of any cereals etc, bacon sandwich came in a stale wedge of two pieces of granary bread, not cut, flung down on tablePaid 157 for room and it was totally awful
