Great lodging option for a...

Liked: The furnishings and amenities of the room and inn as a whole made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. The location is wonderful with several very nice dining options very close by. The town is charming with some really nice sights to see. We were very happy with out choice.
Disliked: Having breakfast included was a plus and I enjoyed the make your own waffle, but it could have been been better. I could understand the critiques I had read.

Liked: I love that the hotel is conveniently located, quaint, quiet, and clean.
Disliked: There are only two complaints that I have: The bathroom fan doesn’t have a separate switch., therefore the fan goes on whenever the bathroom light is turned on and it’s very noisy and annoying. Please rectify this. The other issue is the lack of ceiling lights. There are several lamps, but they don’t provide enough lighting.

Liked: The Inn was very comfortable and homey. Having a very large living room space to sit and visit family was exceptional. The cappuccino machine made it amazing opportunity to sit and relax with family.
Disliked: The most exceptional part of the stay was interacting with the staff. The manager, Steven, is among the best proprietors that we have ever experienced. His knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, and all around genuine concern for guests was beyond what we have ever experienced. He truly seems to care about the property and about the experience that people have when they stay there. Sophia, the head of housekeeping is also outstanding.

Relaxing and easy.

Liked: I love the Farmington Inn. I stay there all the time, when I am visiting friends and family in West Hartford. I now live in Baltimore.
Disliked: I did not like the hidden fees that were tacked on to the final bill. That drove the price up much higher than I anticipated.
