Good

Liked: Lovely hotel, very well decorated. Nice bar and restaurant. Room was beautiful too.
Disliked: It was very noisy all night: our room was ground floor on a busy street, and the radiators were making an awful noise too. The car park was not included, which was not clear to us when we booked it.

had a great time and...

Liked: The location was really good for exploring the town. The room was comfortable but spoilt a bit by an untidy concrete balcony. The breakfasts were very good and a great choice of food.
Disliked: Water in the shower could have been hotter. The radiator in the room was obscured by a heavy curtain. On the first day the hot food at breakfast was brought out too soon and so was cold by the time we got round to eating it. This only happened on one day.

Very good

Liked: We enjoyed 3 great breakfasts. All staff members were very helpful to us and nothing was too much trouble. Being Seniors this was much appreciated.
Disliked: I think better liaison between Housekeeping and Reception souls could possibly assist where a client arrives early after a long and tiring journey. This might enable the specific room to be made ready as a priority. We waited 3 hours.
