A few things to fix...

Liked: Decor, look and feel, fabulous service, breakfast.
Disliked: The ventilation in the room and bathroom was insufficient and the window was sealed closed. This made the room hot and humid in the morning. The phone did not work.

Exceptional staff

Liked: Bride and groom staying over - our taxi was missing the brides clothes.Hotel staff went above and beyond to help - Receptionist in the evening helped to find a shop. He and other staff sorted out breakfast in bed as the bride only had her wedding dress in the morning! Exceptional.Breakfast was great, room was beautiful, bed was comfy.
Disliked: Everything was spot on.
