Very good

Liked: Short walk to town, harbour and beach. Very clean, bright spacious room and comfy bed. Slept very well. Tea and coffee making facilities in room was nice, with biscuits and bottled water provided too. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was basic but fine for our needs for a one night stay.

excellent 10/10 would highly recommend...

Liked: really clean, friendly staff, huge room, huge shower, perfect nights sleep, breakfast was very good, perfect stay.
Disliked: there wasnt anything bad to say about this property, also had a lovely courtyard garden, great host, we would stay again definatly

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff with a sense of humour. Beautiful, spacious bedroom. Lovely lounge room which we had to ourselves in the evening. Accommodating for our dietary needs.

A fab place to stay...

Liked: Great stay, very comfortable and good value for money with friendly staff in a great location and the bonus of being able to park behind the hotel.Lovely continental breakfast!

Exceptional

Liked: This is a hidden gem, just a stones throw from the town centre. Great hosts and staff. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed ,nice sized room. Bathroom facilities good .Liked the electronic locks ,on room entry, and venue entrance. The whole street has a very community atmosphere, including the one room pub ,The Queen Charlotte, the local convenience store well stocked. It's on our top 4 in Ramsgate. Café, very artesian, good food. Nice breakfast. A host of events listed in the venue and local are.
Disliked: No lift.
