Liked: The larger room with the double bed was comfortable and roomy. The 2 bathrooms were clean and well fitted / stocked. The patio was delightful and unexpected; and the kitchen was well stocked. The staff were helpful and friendly; we were able to check in a little early and, on the day we checked out, they kept our bags for a few hours so that we could continue to explore the town without dragging our bags with us.
Disliked: The basement room had 2 small single beds which were way too small and my 2 grown up children (in their 20s) both had difficulty sleeping. I would say that this room is really only suitable for a small double bed rather than 2 singles (unless for children under 10). Also the room smelled of damp which meant that they were breathing in a damp / mouldy atmosphere all night - this really needs resolving urgently.

Liked: We knew it was a continental breakfast, good. Location was good, 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. There was nothing about the hotel that we didn’t like.
Disliked: We should of traveled later in the week, as a few facilities don’t open on a Monday and Tuesday in Ramsgate.

Disliked: No one to great on entry, (keyless entry) the bar wasn’t open upon arrival, the breakfast offered was a croissant and cereal not we had expected
