Exceptional quality and comfort situated...

Liked: Friendly staff, high quality facilities and clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety and catered well for our gluten free diets

Lovely boutique hotel in ideal...

Liked: The location was ideal. The hotel was lovely. Breakfast was great. Staff were very professional.
Disliked: I could only open the fanlight of my window. The main window consisted of a fixed panel of glass. I was concerned what I would do in case of an emergency.

Liked: Good choice for breakfast, great Fullstaff English
Disliked: Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay - think the only improvement might be if you offered dinner too

Lovely boutique hotel in good...

Liked: Great location with parking, decor was lovely. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly without exception: reception, breakfast, bar and housekeeping all couldn’t do enough to assist. Our room (23) was lovely and good to have two comfy chairs to use. Bed was very comfortable for us both. Good choices at breakfast. A hotel we’d recommend.
Disliked: Shame there are no evening meals at present, but we understand that they might be offered again soon. There are some amazing restaurants close by, but we wanted to be lazy!
