Great boutique hotel

Liked: Breakfast was great. But I’m not sure why they would charge extra for a capuccino when breakfast was already included. Most peculiar. £4 is not a deal breaker though, and the food was lovely.

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location with parking available at an affordable rate. The building is delightfully old but with fully modern conveniences. It has a courtyard outside seating area and a great cocktail bar with a happy hour discount two for one for guests after 6.00pm ! The staff were all very friendly and the whole hotel has a nice vibe to it.This hotel does not offer evening meals but with so many eateries local to the hotel to choose from Canterbury will not leave you disappointed. Breakfast however was delicious and plenty of choice.
Disliked: There was not really anything that I could say I didn't like about the hotel but be prepared for the noisy neighbours :) There is a very lively Witherspoon's next door and the hotel does not have air con so if you want an early night and its hot, you may have to choose between a hot night or the chattering of happy people....
