Disliked: The cleanliness room very dusty. Cleaners rags left on the dressing table. Walls damp and mouldy smelled damp. On arrival owner quite sharp with answers to our questions. Breakfast OK nothing special. Location good.

Perfect hotel close to everything...

Liked: Staff very nice and the location was perfect for the theatre.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like a lovely stay at the weekend.I will be back next time I am at Bridgnorth.

Liked: Nice hotel in the centre of the lower town. Free parking (essential as you need a car)
Disliked: The restaurant is now an Indian - very disappointing as there are very few food options in Bridgnorth Beware the top 2 rooms - up a v steep and narrow staircase. No problem if you’re agile

Liked: The location was nice and central. The decor was modern and the bar staff were welcoming. The car park was spacious if a bit hard to find on the first go!
Disliked: I slept on the sofabed in the family room. The mattress appeared to be made of iron pipes and knives. The room was stuffy and it was hard to turn down the heating. The breakfast was meh - microwaved poached eggs. It's also a bit frustrating not to be able to call before 2pm with questions!
