Clean room and bathroom.Friendly staff

Liked: Only stayed one night. The bathroom was spotless and so was the room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They told us that they couldn’t make any food that night as they were busy with a wedding. We went and found a curry house up the road which was great. This is a very old building and as such everything feels on a tilt which is to be expected. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Liked: the falcon hotel has bags of character and a lovely setting, food was excellent and staff was very professional and tentative but not overpowering nice warm room both bedroom and bathroom
Disliked: the bed mattress needs an upgrade, shower riser did come apart several times while showering

Good stay overall

Liked: Lovely old building full of character. Great location, fab food and drink choices and great staff!
Disliked: The bed could do with a new mattress it was very creaky and uncomfortable to sleep on. Everything else was great so that was a shame but can be easily fixed so wouldn’t stop me going back I’d just ask for another room or check it’s been changed.
