The Fairy Falls Hotel

Liked: Lovely place in rural setting. Greeted with a smile on arrival and shown the room and local area. Large room and good sized bathroom. Although not shown in room the pub WiFi does stretch across. I was in 4 which is closest to the pub building. Easy checkout instructions also
Disliked: Tv remote not connected to tv so any changes had to be done by hand . Maybe modernise with smart tv?

VERY PLEASANT BUT PUT STEAK...

Liked: staff pleasant
Disliked: no breakfast facilities at the hotel despite advert saying there was. needed more what I CALL ENGLISH FOOD ON THE MENU AS i DISLIKE SPICY /HOT FOOD

Amazing location

Liked: The room had everything you needed, and it was a real bonus to have an actual bath in the bathroom. A real plus was that the rooms were in a separate building from the bar. The bar had a pool table and some good food. The location is fantastic, really handy for a few hiking trails, and the lovely Fairy Falls waterfall is only a 7-minute walk away. It's also about a ten-minute drive to the well-known village of Betws-y-Coed, which is convenient
Disliked: I've knocked a star off because my husband had a couple of issues. He found the shower a bit awkward to use, and it wasn't clear who to hand the key to when we left, as there were no staff around. Also, we never got a reply to the messages we sent through Booking.com

Good value for money

Liked: The accommodation is fine, the bed is extremely comfortable and there's a tv and kettle in the room. It's nice to have a little seating area outside. The pub next door does take out food, and the cafe across the road does lovely breakfast.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

Liked: Breakfast not included. Cafe across the road, however closed on a Thursday and Friday.
Disliked: N/A

Comfortable and clean room but...

Liked: Liked that it was close to the wedding venue we were going to, that it had a pub next door.
Disliked: No hairdryer, old fashioned shower over the bath, no WiFi. Snack food in the pub was very average and disappointing

Perfect

Liked: Location was lovely. The room was spotless, spacious and peaceful.
Disliked: Wasn't sure how to check earmy out and could not find and information however called the number who had called me the previous evening and they were extremely helpful.

Superb

Liked: Cleanliness of room. Good view and friendly staff.
Disliked: Tempremental shower !
