Liked: Great Stay – We Don’t Understand the Negative Reviews!We had a really great time at this hotel. Of course, if you're looking for complete peace and quiet, this might not be the place for you – it's right on Ocean Drive, in the heart of the action. But that's exactly what makes it such a fun and lively location for a Miami vacation!Our room was clean and, despite the location, actually quiet. Yes, there’s music playing during the day until the evening, but that’s to be expected in this area. You’re on holiday – not going to bed at 10 PM!The pool was open, clean, and had a nice view of the city . The beach is just two blocks away – super convenient! The staff were also friendly and helpful.One tip: if you want to avoid extra charges, just don’t use the minibar and remember to return the beach towels at the end of each day.We would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have its own parking.But just around the corner, there’s the 13th Street Garage – it’s a covered parking garage, costs $20 per day, and is monitored, so we felt safe leaving our car there.

Disliked: Never fix the tv on my room and don’t give to me any solution

Disliked: The housekeeeping schedule and system was slightly confusing
