Liked: I liked the location and the friendliness of all the staff. All problems I had with property was related to ownership. Management is doing the best they can
Disliked: They have way too many restrictions with their TV in the room. I couldn't Smart cast, airplay, screen mirror...all things the t.v. Can do they just restrict yiu fron doing it. Why?? What's the point of limiting our entertainment to 100 channels when we have streaming services we pay for ourselves that gives us access to thousands of movies and shows. It's so stupid. It literally cost them nothing . Also the pillows and beds are not comfortable. The pillows are too soft and the mattress to thin. No firmness at all. This place doesn't have room service even though they have a restaurant right down stairs that serves amazing food. Again. Stupid.

The Hell! I wouldn’t recommend...

Liked: I didn’t like anything about the hotel. The reception area even smelled like boiled cabbage.
Disliked: Worst hotel experience in Miami — and I visit monthly.Staff at the front desk were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. We were placed in a room directly with the hotel's own bar/club, where unbelievably loud and horrible music plays all day and night. The walls literally shake from bass — you can't sleep, rest, or work. We asked to move rooms an hour after check-in. They said there were no alternatives and refused to lower the volume.On top of that, we booked a hotel with a rooftop pool- surprise: it was closed with no warning. No refund, no apology.

Liked: Great rooms, nice location
Disliked: Bad service. Waited 6 hours for our rooms. We arrived early with the kids and requested early check in. No attempt was made to accommodate us earlier and we ended up getting our room half an hour late. . Some staff was great others were not.
