Good location but can be...

Liked: Nicely refurbished room
Disliked: It was far too hot and very noisy both from outside and inside so very little sleep

Very good

Liked: Very clean and modern staff really friendly. Food was lovely
Disliked: Rooms get hot at night especially the family room with 4 people but that’s due to the hot weather at the minute. Could do with a small fan etc. there is electric heater but we couldn’t get it to blow cold

Expensive for the price

Liked: The room was nice and spacious Facilities downstairs in the bar were nice and lady on reception was extremely helpful and cheerful
Disliked: 1) The room was too warm even without heating and the window was open. 2) There was only 1 spoon.3) The TV continuously glitched even after tuning in again making incredibly difficult to watch.4) The green safety light in the hallway was extremely bright and found it hard to ignore. 5) I woke up with bites on my chest and arms and think there may have been bed bugs.

A good place to stay...

Liked: We have been coming to this hotel now for six months visiting an ailing family member in the area. We were pleased to see the refurbishment of the bar, restaurant and cafe are now open for business. |We tried out the continental breakfast and was very satisfied with it. The croissants were nice and crispy and the bread provided for the toast was good too. We didn't have the cooked breakfast on this occasion as time wasn't on our side but will definitely have it on our next visit. We also look forward to dining in the restaurant or cafe too, with its new outdoor area and Olive tree in the centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout.
Disliked: nothing.

Disliked: No restaurant no bar had to drive to get something to eat

Great for a short stay,...

Liked: The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was handy and easy to find.
Disliked: Wasn't so keen on the view of the car park.

Superb

Clean and friendly but needs...

Liked: Lovely friendly staff and very clean. Handy for M1. Nice modern bathroom
Disliked: The restaurant and bar were closed (for refurbishment).No hairdryer that I could find so I left with dripping wet messy hair. Window opened but wouldn't shut (no doubt the staff have the knack but we were too tired to go back down)
