Liked: Lovely rooms since the revamp! The staff are wonderful! Very friendly and welcoming.

Liked: The rooms were clean and bed comfortable
Disliked: The cheap toilet roll and coffee were cheap and not nice. The key card didn't work a lot of the time, and we kept going down to have to get reactivated .We went for dinner and had to send the food back as salmon was dry vegetables hard and wattery we didn't even receive the sauce had to get a refund .We gave the breakfast a go the next day and had to send my back as egg not cooked it came back out, and nothing had changed the sausage didn't taste right and tomatoes were not cooked enough didn't eat much of it as it was not nice but the buffet breakfast the next day was nice

Liked: Stayed on several occasions, really handy for motorway access. Food on site too.
Disliked: The mattress was terrible!!!! Couldn't get comfortable, barely slept, was stiff and aching in the morning.The rooms are newly decorated, and en suites have been refurbished, but same old furniture. Definitely need to invest in some better quality mattresses.
