Disliked: Guinness served in a normal glass making it flat.Room very basic.No soap in dispenser TV didn’t work and a smell.Work on stairs with barriers in place ( building site comes to mind) and the same smell.Poor noise suppression between rooms.

Adequate and hopefully, once renovations...

Liked: We had a group of (8) join us for dinner which was great - unfortunately, the young lady at the bar was untrained. Orders took ages as all had to be manually entered and she was unable to split the bill into 2 which was totally unacceptable for us. There was a gentleman assisting her but was also unable to make the split. Then drinks were ordered and paid for seperately as well, noting was easy. We didn’t have dessert as it would have been another separate bill. Coffee in downstairs dining area was lousy. No Gluten free meals available - this is also unacceptable as the 3 places that we ate at over our stay, had plenty options on offer. There wasn’t even Lactose/gluten free milk available AND Decaf coffee. Room was adequate, 1 x double bed and 2 x mattresses ON THE FLOOR - also not great. Our TV did not work. We are happy to see renovations going on.
