Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Winnipeg's attractions. Great access to the underground/skywalk in the winter.
Disliked: Soiled dishes and uneaten food was left in the hallway for an ecessive period of time. The room was excessively dusty and there was hair in the tub.

Liked: I liked being close to the water, was able to walk my dog down and around :) bed was like sleeping in a cloud! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bad

Liked: The quality of the bed.
Disliked: The room is dated and old. The bathroom had a water leak that kept the floor wet all the time. The climate control did not work properly and the heating system was very noise. We stayed there during New Year?s Eve and we bought the dinner special package. It was supposed to be delivered at 7pm but we received it around 8pm. The food was a little bit cold but we were hungry and decided to eat anyway. We had the soup and when we decided to go for the main course there was no plates. We call the reception and it took another 20 minutes to have the plates delivered to our room. In the following morning we order breakfast and they messed up the order, we call and the kitchen and they apologized saying that wouldn?t charge for the things that we hadn?t order. During the checkout we decided to verify with the front desk and they were about to charge everything, so the kitchen did not remove the items as promised.In summary, it was a terrible experience and we definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Liked: That it appeared clean in the midst of the GOVID19 pandemic
Disliked: If these were normal times I would not be pleased with lack of restaurant and lounge availability.
