Liked: Hotel Location, size of room, Comfortable bed, friendly maintenance staff and excellent housekeepers
Disliked: Loud Musak in lobby area. No Disposable slippers,no individual toiletries, in room- hand cream and shampoo attached to the wall, awful!!. Small bathroom. No knowledgeable concierge, inattentive doorstaff, terrible room service.

Liked: Everything. Great family room, lovely staff including the lady at the gym who was super enthusiastic, excellent gym facilities, lovely reception and bar area.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE THAT I HOPE...

Liked: Room service was great! Appreciated flexible housekeepers who would still service room even though we typically did not leave until noon or afterwards. I also tremendously appreciated the turn-down service which included leaving ice in the room. Truly felt like royalty!
Disliked: The surround sound system was not working.
