My fiance and I rented a gold room for the night. Upon arrival, we were met by incredibly courteous staff, who ensured everything we needed was available. The room itself was amazing and so comfortable. Upon checkout, everything was seamless and incredibly professional.

Liked: The room was exemplary; the staff were incredibly professional; the bed was superb and it was an overall wonderful experience and well worth the cost.
Disliked: This hotel has ruined all other hotels for me.

We had a wonderful weekend. The hotel was just beyond words. Fantastic location for us to be able to walk around and enjoy the downtown core. An experience that we will not soon forget!

Liked: The staff was exceptional—friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was maintained. We really enjoyed our stay! Additionally, the lobby featured wonderful live music, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to the cleaning team for their warm greetings and for sharing in our excitement during the Comic Expo with our costumes.
Disliked: The one and only thing was that the noise from the loud cars revving their engines late at night was disruptive and affected our sleep. While we understand this isn't the hotel's fault at all, it was an annoying issue that affected our overall experience.
