Pleasant and would return.

Liked: Convenience of having places to eat at accommodation site was great.Just a little hectic at peak dinner times at bistro....although, I'm not sure how you can fix that, except maybe a few more tables....
Disliked: We didn't realize you needed to book so far in advance to the steak house place upstairs.however, we enjoyed our bistro meals.

Great choice for those that...

Liked: Friendly staff at reception. Perfect location in the heart of Newcastle. Excellent facilities. It even had a pub with decent food attached to the hotel if you wanted to eat in. It was exceptionally clean inside our room. Beds were comfy and room nice and dark.
Disliked: I thought it was very noisy in the hallway and you could hear people taking in their room as you walked past even when they had their door shut.

Liked: Been coming here 3 or 4yrs in a row.
Disliked: Wasn't told about the spa being out of action.We come up as a soccer team and being winter the heated spa is the main reason we choose this hotel..I also had what I believe to be blood stains on one of the pillow cases as well as 2 dead cockaroaches on the balcony
