Disliked: Rooms are little worn out compared to shown in the photos, cleanliness could be better, there was rubbish under the bed.

Liked: Brekky was great.The hotel being attached to West's was amazing, entertainment options, plus such a huge variety of restaurants to choose from.
Disliked: When opening the sofa bed we discovered that the bedding was not stripped from previously being used.

Liked: Beautiful property and very modern. Spacious complex and resort styled. Loved it. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Especially Julianne! What a welcome we received.

Liked: The check in staff were very friendly. The room was plenty big enough.
Disliked: It could do with an upgrade, as paint was peeling off doors in the hallway and the carpet is very dark and seems old. I realised about an hour after check in that we were supposed to have an upgrade to a corner room which we didn't get. I did mention it to staff, but as we were heading out for the evening, it wasn't worth changing then.
