More like a Best Western...
Liked: Location was easy access to old Sacramento, the room was spacious.
Disliked: Their housekeeping services occur every 2 days. They said we could request a light room refresh if we needed it. I made the request at the front desk as we were leaving to explore the city one morning. The staff was very friendly, and indicated they would do so right away. While we were away, staff texted and asked me to rate our experience. I decided to tell them about the issues we noticed. The room was dirty. Cobwebs above the door and between furniture and walls. The fitted sheets did not fit the bed and came off while we were sleeping. There were lots of USB ports to charge our devices, but only 2 worked. They apologized and stated they would address the issues right away. When we returned many hours later, there were fresh towels on the unmade bed, and that was it. Used towels were still in the bathroom, trash was not emptied. We had the same unfitting sheets, the same cobwebs, the same nonfunctional usb ports. We did not hear from staff after that.

Disliked: Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Misrepresentation of Accommodation for Graduation Stay - Reservation Number: 4082638274Dear Booking.com Customer Service and Property Management,I am writing to express my formal complaint regarding my recent stay at The Exchange Sacramento, Curio Collection by Hilton, booked through Booking.com under reservation number 4082638274. This reservation was intended for my graduation celebration, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards promised during the booking process.Upon making the reservation, I specifically requested a room with a nice view, to which I received assurance that my request would be accommodated. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the room allocated to me, located on the first floor, offered no view whatsoever. The window was obstructed, providing no opportunity to appreciate the surroundings. Furthermore, the proximity of the room to the street resulted in constant noise pollution, disrupting any chance of tranquility or privacy.This significant discrepancy between the promised amenities and the actual conditions of the accommodation is deeply disappointing and constitutes a breach of trust on the part of both Booking.com and the property. As a customer, I relied on the representations made during the booking process to make an informed decision, only to be met with a situation that fell far short of the advertised standard.Given the importance of this stay for my graduation celebration, the failure to deliver on promised amenities has left me feeling deeply dissatisfied. Therefore, I am requesting the following actions to address this matter:A refund or partial refund for the portion of my stay that did not meet the promised standard.Clarification and rectification of the discrepancies in the booking process to prevent similar issues for future guests.

A comfy, fun date night...
Liked: Very convenient location to golden 1 center ! Super friendly staff!! Black out curtains and noise machines.
Disliked: It was very noisy at times, like not sure if it was a fan unit or trucks outside but it would good really loud for a period of time

Overall good stay with great...
Liked: Location was great and the hotel was very clean, well designed, and stylish. All the staff - from valet to desk to restaurant - was helpful and friendly. My two young kids - ages 8 and 9 - went to breakfast alone for the first time while I was at a work meeting and the staff treated them like VIPs and made sure they got back to our room ok. So kind
Disliked: The room was a bit of a let down. We had a ground floor, vaulted suite and it was pretty dark and dated feeling on the inside. They layout, furniture, and overall interior design could be much better in that space to make it feel worth the extra money we paid. The pictures made it look nicer than it was. Would not stay in that room again.
