Terrible. Disappointing.

Liked: Did not have the breakfast. As we had already paid £120.00 for the room I would have thought breakfast would be included. But breakfast was extra. We had no electricity in the room so was unable to get ready to go out for our booked meal on the evening. The radiator in the bathroom was constantly red hot and was told by staff that they were having problems with the heating. The windows wouldn't stay open to let air into the room. The bathroom sink was blocked so had to pour 3 lots of boiling water down the sink to try to unblock it. This was booked for my wife's 50th birthday and was ruined.

Liked: Room was comfy enough, basic toiletries provided and tea/coffee making facilities available, together with a bottle of water.
Disliked: Room was cold - windows were drafty. Breakfast not available, although there is a nice cafe just up the road.

Liked: Clean. Friendly and polite staff.
Disliked: We booked a Deluxe Double Room. It had a regular double bed, a window which we held open with a towel as it was broken and we could not turn the heating off in the room, it was uncomfortably hot. With the windows open there was the constant noise of passing traffic. We explained the situation and were told the heating issue would be resolved. It wasn't. Their own website implies breakfast is available. It isn't so we had to go out. Not ideal.
