The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and roomy. Hotel staff was nice; the location is great!

Disliked: No closets! And the noisy renovations to the hotel. Only one elevator working.

Great locartion close to Madison...

Liked: A beautiful hotel in am excellent location. I loved the light breakfast every morning but they can improve the coffee offer.
Disliked: We had to move rooms due to loud noise coming from next door building which wakes you very early in the morning. Hopefully it can be resolved. Hotel did a aplogise with a nice gesture of wine and macaroons. The reception area is a bit dark in day time.

Liked: Clean room in the center of Manhattan
Disliked: Very small room, breakfast is a joke (you can choose one drink like tea or coffee or juice) plus one item like croissant or cheese and egg sandwich. So for American and any standards its not real breakfast. View was to brick wall (somehow expected it but was on 9th floor).

Liked: The staff was super helpful and very pleasant to interact with. The room was clean.
Disliked: The room was on a smaller side and facing a street, which for us, light sleepers, was not ideal. The mattress was OK (7/10), but not the best for my bad back.

Pleasant

An enjoyable stay.

Liked: Very good location close to the flatiron building. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms.
Disliked: The room was quite small and there was no room to open - close our baggage. For a single person it would be ok but for a family after a while it becomes very annoying to try and get clothes out of the suitcases.
