The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and roomy. Hotel staff was nice; the location is great!

Disliked: No closets! And the noisy renovations to the hotel. Only one elevator working.

Disliked: My boyfriend fought with the hand held shower spout bc it wasn’t secure and poorly installed.

Liked: Location for visiting NYC was ideal. Very central and easy to get around by foot, bus and subway (2 stops close by). Staff was super friendly and kind. Decor was art deco and very nice. Clean and comfortable. The cocktail bar is really nice. Breakfast was good. Coffee was very good each day.
Disliked: Lighting in bedroom and bathroom not bright enough.

Liked: Beautiful room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Disliked: The room was a bit cramped for three people and the bathroom was really small (though the shower was a good size).

Liked: Location and design. Free water.
Disliked: Heavy breakfast ~ hard cooked over medium eggs, —no tea kettle or personal fridge in room.

Would recommend this hotel for...

Liked: The location was perfect! Very centrally located and so many good restaurants and fun things to do within a close distance.
Disliked: The bed wasn't very comfortable (too stiff for our preference) and the bathroom was small. But the shower was very nice with good pressure!

Great Value and Location in...

Liked: The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The location was close to everything that we wanted to do .
Disliked: The mattresses on the bed were a little too hard. So, I would wake up with a neck or backache. It was definitely not the worst hotel bed experience though! This reason is why I didn't give the comfort score the highest. Also, breakfast options were not that great.
