Our stay at the Europe...

Liked: I loved the decor and the attention to detail. The new refurbished rooms are simply stunning and very comfortable. I had a spa treatment from. Elanor which was one of the best massages that I ever had.
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Liked: The room was comfortable and the pool, sauna area is excellent. Well laid out gym that caters for all needs. Dinner was nice with efficient and friendly service. The setting is as good as it gets. Good breakfast options and the dining room provides an amazing view of the lakes and mountains.
Disliked: No real instruction or welcome at check in. The bar area is small and the library seating isnt comfortable to sit in for any length of time.
