Beautiful and Relaxing

Liked: The Lake! But felt like a ghost town hotel since most of its amenities were closed.
Disliked: Restaurant closed.

Disliked: On this website, it said that breakfast was included and that they had room service but once we arrived, we realize that the restaurant restaurant was completely shut down and they wouldn’t be providing breakfast or room service

Liked: Location on the lake is pretty.
Disliked: I picked this location because I am traveling with my 80 year old mom. The website shows a full restaurant for breakfast and dinner and a full bar also, with outdoor patios. When we arrived the restaurant and bar were closed for renovations. Sitting on the outdoor deck from our room, you can hear the power tools during construction. We had to drive into Estes park to eat. I wish this was disclosed on the website before I booked this expensive location. We were looking forward to having a restaurant on site.

Liked: We loved the location. We were so close to so many good eating spots and things to do!
Disliked: We did not like that the onsite restaurant was under construction. That was one of the reasons why we booked the place.

Disliked: We were disappointed the restaurant was closed but we understand you are upgrading.
