Liked: The swimming pool, was a lovely temperature, enjoyed hot tub, steam room, changing rooms brilliant x
Disliked: Gluten free pizza we should of sent it back, the crust rock hard and could just see the cheese!

Liked: Clean lovely staff big bed lots of channels on tv like Netflix etc
Disliked: No air con no fridge it was a very hot few days

Liked: Friendly staff, good location, good sports/leisure facilities
Disliked: Bath tub/bathroom floor seems to be subsiding, there was a large gap between the bath tub and the tiles, and the floor in the bathroom was uneven. Also there were no teaspoons provided in the room for making hot drinks.

Great food, lovely surroundings!

Liked: Beautiful surroundings, great bar, restaurant and swimming /spa facilities
Disliked: My bathroom was very dated, roughly painted tiles, greasy tiles around the bath, cracked basin, shower curtain that sticks to your body whilst in the shower

Great facilities but the lack...

Liked: The facilities were fantastic albeit the padel being a bit expensive. The staff were very nice and accommodating.
Disliked: There is no air con or air flow in the room so it was boiling hot. The deluxe room also didn’t feel very deluxe.

AMAZING CHEF

Liked: Beautiful well maintained grounds alongside lovely views. The spa facilities are nice . Reception staff gave a lovely warm welcome on arrival. There are plenty of parking bays available. The rooms were well presented and the beds comfortable.There are also vending machine at the end of the corridor if you felt like a late night snack. Ie chocolate bars .The chef made an outstanding omelette. Well done to him.The ingredients are well sourced.
Disliked: On arrival at breakfast there was one member of staff (middle aged lady) in my opinion, needs retraining on her Customer Service skills . Her younger colleague was excellent in the manner she spoke with me. I made my concerns known to the staff who notified the manager. However, the restaurant manager didn't make themselves known to me or apologise for the staffs behaviour. Constructive criticism is always beneficial .
