Liked: Location it’s great, convenient, walk distance to the beach and other attractions.
Disliked: The reception it’s so small that only one person with luggage will take the all room, the entry of the building isn’t very appropriate. The elevator itself older 1900 doesn’t work or very inefficiently. I had to use the stairs all the time.The reception it’s so tight and old.No amenities at all. The bed was clean, the carpet was very dirty with old spots from past clients.The bed had black spots in the cover of the mattress box Me mirror black spots, very dusted in the night lamps.It was to expensive for the condition of this property In the room had a note saying “ they are having renovations from July to August 8- it was august 22/25 at 8 AM was noise from the elevator maintenance next to my door room. It was some construction work.Mrs Rene from front desk she was very kind and helpful Only the location it was a positive

Liked: Across the road from the hotel is a calm beach and a Hugh shopping centre with food hall. Matt at the bar makes a good coffee with Australian prices.
