The EO Inn - Downtown Orlando, Orlando

Nice place with early check in. Cool restaurant/brewery downstairs. Walkable to Will's pub. Working windows and historical feel to the inn. Will absolutely stay again.

Liked: Very cool building; friendly staff; clean rooms; close to a great music venue.

Not worth the time or...

Liked: Staff was great and nice. There were rude guests that were loud and disrespectful
Disliked: I had a room for a week above a bar that player loud room shaking music til midnight or so daily. Very loud and annoying. My room key never worked when I got back to my room so I constantly had to go back downstairs and call if no one was at the front and wait to get on with my day.. the Internet was out and TV was out for the entire 7 days of my stay. Very inconvenient. The room wasn't like the picture and had lots of problems and mold. I'm highly allergic to mold and it affected my breathing. I want a refund or some compensation for these problems that are unacceptable. I asked the hotel e.o inn if they would provide a refund and they said because I used booking.com it's not their responsibility. Rude there were several other issues that were unresolved.

Liked: Staff was friendly and convenient location
Disliked: Our room was beyond disgusting. It smelt so bad the carpets were wet and sticky. There were spills, stains, and hairs all over. I should have left after seeing the room that night but didn't have much of an option.

Exceptional

Liked: Only spent 1 night but was very comfortable and centrally located to restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here!

Liked: Did not eat the breakfast.The location is absolutely wonderful. It is across the street from a beautiful park, only a couple of blocks from the excitement of downtown, and just a short walk to the stadium area.

Liked: Perfect place 4 a stay in Orlando ! Really friendly staff. We could park our car there for the whole day, although we already jchecked out! Thanks a lot 2 Armanda and her team !

Liked: Location was easy to access places for eating
Disliked: The Television did not work. The wifi was not working. The staff did not really help with the issue so our time in the room was very boring had to resort so watching tv on our phone. I asked prior for late check out the next day at 12pm and the workers came in at 10:30am to clean while we were still sleeping and again at 10:45am.
