The EO Inn - Downtown Orlando

Nice place with early check in. Cool restaurant/brewery downstairs. Walkable to Will's pub. Working windows and historical feel to the inn. Will absolutely stay again.

Sweet Place, Needs TLC

Disliked: Facilities need an upgrade. Alot of maintenance things need attention...door did not close, tv not fixed and almost fell on the floor, surfaces appeared dirty with glue marks and residue from unknown substances, closet outdated, couldn't use balcony as there is no partitions on the balcony and had to put up with neighbors smoking, bathroom faucet was loose, water pressure low.Staff and Bed was the only thing that would make me come back. Super comfortable and very friendly and helpful.

Great location and wonderful, very...

Liked: Excellent customer service. Nice amenities like lemon water and coffee all day. The location next to Lake Eola was perfect for us. There is a nice patio to sit outside and fast Wi-Fi.
Disliked: The young people coming back drunk at 2am making so much noise in the halls but what can you do? It's in the heart of Orlando. We don't blame the establishment for this and didn't bother calling them. We knew they would eventually pass out :D
