Liked: I liked that the manager made it possible for us to check inn early once she found out my son was ill. She also made sure we had everything we needed. Very polite, couldnt have asked for better. We are very grateful to & for her

Liked: The hotel was easy to access, the desk staff were slightly reserved and needed a little encouragement to become more friendly. We liked the accommodations ... the rooms were large and provided good space for our luggage and rest. It was nice to have breakfast served in the hotel.
Disliked: The pillows were too large and uncomfortable for sleeping there was nothing else that we didn't like. All was above average, but not out of the ordinary.

Great location

Liked: Front desk was outstanding. Breakfast was good--but they serve on Styrofoam plates--really ruined the vibe. We missed tea--but how lovely. The décor in the lobby was unique and fun. Our room was very clean. Although the hotel could use a refurbish, I would hate to see it lose its unique charm. Location was excellent: right off the highway, and 10 minutes from town.

Liked: Very nice hotel. Convenient to UVA and the medical center. We have stayed here several times and will do so in the future.

Disliked: We had someone slash our truck bed cover in the parking lot and noticed a couple of trucks had been vandalized as well.
