Disliked: Staff at réception The girl ou Did our Check in was not smiling and not kind with us and she explain to all client before us how to use elevator but for us she only gave us card and that’s it After what we were lost and ask to another employee who help us kindly

Disliked: Check in process was a bit chaotic when we arrived at 4:45pm, our room was still not ready when check in time was at 4pm. The manager was very nice enough to upgrade us to an ocean view room and the balcony was amazing

Good value for money, but...

Liked: Overall decent experience, but the cleanliness is really an issue. The say the room will be cleaned every other day, however in our experience they never came by themselves. During our 7 day stay our room was only cleaned 2 times and even on those 2 occasions I had to go down to the reception to request a cleaning, as it was already 5pm and our room still hadnt been cleaned.The 3rd time I had requested it at the reception again, but they didnt come. Only on check out day they were in our room by 10am, which says a lot.Bed sheets were never changed. Showers had hairs in it when we arrived and they were still in the same spot when we left, that tells you everything you need to know about the cleanliness of this hotel. When I mentioned this issue at the checkout the lady just nodded with her head, as if this were a common issue, no apology.Other than that, amenities are great. Gym is even better than my regular home gym. Pool area is great. Cocktail prices at the pool bar are quite high compared to some other bars in miami. Staff were all very friendly.And lastly the app did not work for me. One time I requested extra towels that never came. Another time I used the chat function to ask about room decoration and the answer I got was „CVS pharmacy“ - not sure what to do with that.
