Liked: The hotel was really nice overall.The view from the balcony was amazing.The rooms are lovely. Heated pool was great. We were going on a cruise, so the location is excellent.
Disliked: The room wasn't very clean. The floors were so bad that our feet were black 5 mins after arriving. We stayed for 3 nights and no cleaning service the whole time were there. not what you'd expect from a place of this standard. The fridge didn't work so we couldn't put food or drinks in it. The price for drinks and food was just ridiculous. We would like to give it another chance and stay again, but the prices they charge are crazy.

Liked: Comfort and clean rooms. The kitchen is complete, which is great when you have a toddler.
Disliked: They wait to get the car with the valet is TERRIBLE! Almost 30 minutes to get the car and it took us literally 1:30 to check out of the hotel! And too many people get in and out. ALSO, the breakfast is ridiculous. They serve ONE pastry per person and they are terrible.
