Liked: The property was a good value, and it’s a modern hotel that is very attractive. It was close to our destination in Frisco as well.
Disliked: The cleanliness of (both) of our rooms left A LOT to be desired. We arrived at the room we originally booked, and the carpet in front of the microwave area was quite dirty. They switched us to another room because they don’t have housekeeping at the time we checked in (which was to be expected, as we checked in at night). Great, we get to the other room, and it’s actually not much better! In fact, the bathroom floor was full of long black hairs. My husband (great man) cleaned the bathroom with a towel—and said the towel was dirty with dust (and hair) and that it was black. Eugh. The carpet in this room was dirty as well, just in different places. Oh, the window in the replacement room was greasy and full of hand/finger marks. I guess we should have stayed in the first room, as at least that bathroom floor only had one hair on it..I’m unsure if housekeeping doesn’t like to clean the floors, or what, but the condition of the carpets and the bathroom floor makes me think they’re simply changing the sheets, wiping down surfaces (if that) and leaving the floor as-is, unless it’s in a condition which they can’t ignore.
