Good value older hotel but...

Liked: Clean and good location. Single room was a decent size. Partial view to sea as described but overlooked Dukes car park & pub so would be noisey in peak times
Disliked: Menu not displayed outside, didn’t eat so can’t comment on food.

Amazing

Liked: Got upgraded to kingswood, this review should be for then, absolutely lovely
Disliked: The lift broke

Disliked: The shower was a bit snug for my husband and we found it difficult with the steps to the room as we both have mobility problems

Liked: nice hotel with friendly welcoming staff. Right on sea front of Sidmouth. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Stayed here before and will definitely return.
